Meridee Winters Halloween Show 2023

Welcome to online registration for the 2023 Meridee Winters Halloween Show!

This year's show will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28th at St. Christopher's in Gladwyne (note the new venue)!

This whimsical show is a school favorite, where beginner to intermediate students perform a favorite tune, with a costume to match! We are using online show registration so that you can select the show time that best works for you! Registration will be open from Monday, September 18th through Sunday, September 24th. Register early for the best selection of show times.

About the registration process:

Your show fee includes unlimited free admission for family, friends and guests
Show Fee: $63 for one child, $100 for two or more
Don't forget, your costume should match your song – it's a big part of the fun!

Late Registration

Regular Registration has closed, but we can still squeeze you in! Please fill out your widest range of availability for Oct. 28th below, and we will notify you of your exact show's start time on/around Oct. 9th. In the event we cannot find a slot that works for you, we will refund your show fee. Email [email protected] if you have any questions. We can't wait to see your performers shine!

Permission and Model Release

I give permission for myself and/or my child(ren) to participate in the 2023 Meridee Winters Halloween Show at St. Christopher's in Gladwyne, PA. I also agree to the following terms:

All fees paid are non-refundable in the event that a student chooses to drop.

Participants must commit to staying for the entire 60-minute-ish performance. Leaving early to attend other events is distracting to our (often nervous) performers.

There will be filming and taking photos during some of the shows. Video and photos may be included on the school website, Facebook page, Youtube, etc.

I hereby grant Meridee Winters School of Music, LLC the right to use, publish and copy my (and/or my child's) performance, picture, portrait, voice or likeness, in whole or part, in film, video or photo for education, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose AS OUTLINED IN MY PREFERENCES IN THE REGISTRATION FORM.

(Meridee Winters and the school do NOT own the rights to student compositions or material. I understand they are using them to represent the creative spirit of the school.)
